Vince Tokarcyzk Vince Tokarcyzk, C. Tech, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Vince Tokarzyk, a Certified Engineering Technician and Journeyman Power Lineman, has 30 years of experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of high voltage systems. That includes 15 years of project management experience that he brings to Tiltran Services Inc. as a Project Management Professional.

E. Patrick Carroll, P. Eng., Master Electrician

Vice President of Business Development

Pat Carroll has been involved in the electrical business for over forty years starting with his father’s company JB Carroll Electric Ltd.. He obtained his Certificate of Qualification as an interprovincial electrician in 1975. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his degree in electrical engineering 1981, and went on to become a professional engineer (P Eng.) and a master electrician. He started Carroll Electric (1982) Limited and then founded Tiltran Services in 1986 developing a qualified staff of engineers, technicians, technologists, electricians, and apprentices trained to provide a broad range of specialized services from construction to maintenance to power quality solutions.

Curtis Cesarin, A.SC.T

Director Sales and Operations

Curtis Cesarin is a graduate of Georgian College who began his sixteen year electrical career in the utility sector. Part of the growth of three mid-sized utilities, he also worked with Hydro One for a short time. Curtis had been working in the private sector managing operations and he is now in a leading New Business Development and Operations role with Tiltran Services Inc.. Curtis has been a member of Ontario Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) since 1990 and he is currently designated as an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.).

Paul Krupicz, P. Eng., MBA

Director of Engineering

Paul Krupicz is a graduate of the University of Waterloo Engineering program and the MBA program of Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to joining Tiltran in 1987, he had experience with major power consumers and power equipment manufacturers. Paul has been dealing with all facets of services provided by Tiltran ranging from construction – both HV and LV, maintenance, service, design and sales. His focus is on providing customer driven services, addressing current and future needs while considering the impact on the customer. Paul has been active in industry advisory groups for the OEL and ESA. Paul has been a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario since 1984.

Tamara Lawson, CGA, B. App., BA

Director of Finance and Administration

Tamara Lawson is a graduate of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario program of professional studies and has been a CGA member since 2006. Her career has included experience in the manufacturing sector, publishing and printing, and currently the electrical industry as Director of Finance and Administration with Tiltran Services Inc. for the past two years. Tamara also has her bachelor of applied business administration in accounting and information technology degree through the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).

Aubrey Friedman, P. Eng.

Manager of Renewable Energy

A graduate electrical engineer from McGill University with diverse experience gained through wind farm construction project management and many years in the instrumentation and control industry. In 2006 Aubrey provided project management and technical expertise to Tiltran Services Inc., the electrical subcontractor of Canada’s largest wind farm project, Superior Wind Prince I & II located in Sault St. Marie. Since the completion of the Prince project, Aubrey has concentrated his efforts on business development in the electrical design and construction of both North American RFP projects and Ontario SOC’s. Aubrey is recognized for expertise in Wind Power Applications, Power and Grounding Applications, Product Evaluation, and Project Management.

Steve Delguidice, Master Electrician

Quality Assurance Technician

Steve Delguidice a graduate from Fanshawe College in London is an Electrical Engineering Technician. He began work with Tiltran Services Inc. in 1987, became an apprentice and is presently a Master Electrician. He spent two years away from Tiltran Services Inc. working with a utility before returning in 2004 to assume his present responsibilities. He is also an active and strong supporter of the OEL.

Jevan Davis

Health and Safety

Jevan Davis has been working in the Health and Safety industry since the age of eighteen in various industry sectors. This wide range of skill sets acquired over the years has made the last two years at Tiltran Services Inc. a smooth transition. Jevan is currently seeking his CRSP designation with the Board of Canadian Safety Professionals. He is also a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, the Association of Electrical Utility Safety Professionals and a volunteer with the Industrial Accident Prevention Association.
